I’ve spent my career building and leading marketing functions in growing organizations. Early on, I was part of a team scaling from 400 to over 1,200 employees, where I learned how to move quickly, build systems under pressure, and take ownership of outcomes.
From there, I led content marketing and went on to spend five years as a Marketing Director, overseeing strategy, production, analytics, budgeting, and team leadership. More recently, I’ve led digital marketing initiatives across consulting and in-house roles, driving integrated campaigns, website development, and UX improvements.
Along the way, I’ve continued to build my technical skill set, earning a graduate certificate in Full Stack Development and now completing a Master’s in Digital Media Design, with a focus on frontend website design and development, animation/film, and computational design.
I built Little Quill Company because I kept seeing the same gap: companies without in-house marketing leadership making expensive bets with no measurement framework, no attribution, and no one accountable for the outcome. I'm that person now.
